While NTIA requirements do not allow individuals to submit challenges for the BEAD Challenge Process directly, they can participate in the process by identifying inaccuracies and working with eligible participating local governments, Tribal governments, and nonprofits that can submit challenges​. Individuals can submit evidence on this site that may be shared with eligible challengers to submit challenges on behalf of the individuals who participate.
